How I work
Analysis
Thanks to many years of experience as a researcher and communicator of complex topics, I am intensely analytical. First, I like to embrace the challenge and look at it holistically and integrate different points of view. Then we identify a pragmatic path leading from the current situation to the desired target and get started.
Resources
I like to keep an eye on the available resources to make my coaching sessions applicable and sound. Together, we look at what is already available on the material and the mental level to successfully integrate the found ideas and insights. If there is a need for something extra, we find out how to mobilize any resources required.
Integration
I create stimulating spaces in which your potential will flourish and develop. I will guide you with a holistic approach and solution-oriented methods towards finding your unique way of living life deeply fulfilled. Together, we create solutions and strategies for dealing with challenging situations that you can integrate into your daily life.
